Enable AI Search: Now Assist in Portal case form

Hi All,

 

Could you confirm whether the page flow is correct? 

Based on ServiceNow University, users can click "Enable AI Search" on the AI Search section

The course provides the video to explain how to set up via the section: Using Now Assist in Portal case form

I tried to follow the video however, I cannot select the expected option and when I clicked the option, the "Enable AI Search" in the different field is selected.

Could you confirm that is the default behaviour?

Hi @HisakoK,

 

It might be that the same field is showing up twice in the form and they behave unexpectedly when that happens.

Navigate to the form layout and remove the first 'Enable AI Search' field from the form and see what happens.
