Is it possible to enable/restrict Now Assist for Virtual Agent based on the countries OR user criteria ?

Hi Ram - restriction is based on role only and it is highly possible in virtual agent and now assist for virtual agent . But country wise , may be possible with script action or through scripts in virtual agent topics which I won’t recommend based on my experience. Good luck !
