Is it possible to enable/restrict Now Assist for Virtual Agent based on the countries OR user criteria ?

No @PaulSylo , sorry. We want to restrict the Now Assist for Virtual agent based on user criteria. We don't want to hide VA based on user criteria.

We have raised this with ServiceNow Hi. And they suggested us to raise an enhancement request if needed.

It is not possible to restrict  Now Assist for Virtual agent based on user criteria.

Hi @Ramkumar Thanga & @gauravagraw - i got a solution, this is where new concept of Knowledge graph comes in. you can install in "Knowledge graph for now assist for virtual agent", it will help to segregate, here is the example . is this was you are looking let me know i can give more information.
