Enable Now assist search on KB. portal

I’m trying to enable Now Assist in the KB portal but I’m not able to get it working on one of my instances. Could you guide me on how to set it up so that it appears below the search bar?

@rpriyadarshy Yes, It should be turn on first here as you mentioned in screenshot then you will see the option for knowledge portal as mentioned in earlier picture.
