How to make Agentic Workflow available as a button (UI Action)

Hi:
We have the 'Investigate and resolve ITSM incidents (Copy)' agentic workflow which is a copy of the OOB version. We see that it is available from the Now Assist Panel, but how can we make it display as a button on the incident form. Not seeing that UI Action option.
Could you please advise?

That's a good start. I created this UI Action:

And on the form it displays:

But nothing is triggered. It's stuck and nothing displays in the panel until I reload the browser. 
How can I kick it to start without manually reloading the browser?
