Hi everyone,
We need to setup AI Search and the Enhanced Chat Experience on the service portals of a customer.
What is required is that in the chat and the search results, if a user asks a question like "Can i take maternity leave", the system not only find the knowledge articles with the relevant policies, but also responds if the user can or cannot use the service based on his information (likely stored in the HR Profile).
Has someone done something like this?
