Facing issue while using now assist

Hello Servicenow Community,

 
I have configured the now assist but whenever i am using the now assist feature either i am getting a message "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later." or the loading of now assist goes on and the result never shows up when i click on "Summary" button.

@NatsukiO - Validate if 
a) AI search is enabled 
b) Your instance is on Yokohama Patch 2 atleast.


This was my issue, AI search was not active and Yokohama Patch 3 was just installed.

a) It was active.
b) It was Yokohama Patch 1.

Is it because of Yokohama Patch 1?
