Facing issue while using now assist

Hello Servicenow Community,

 
I have configured the now assist but whenever i am using the now assist feature either i am getting a message "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later." or the loading of now assist goes on and the result never shows up when i click on "Summary" button.

@NatsukiO - May be. try to upgrade to Yokohama patch 2  or latest patch and try

As said by @PaulSylo too - please update to Patch 2 as it has most of the fixes like these one.

 this is clearly due upgrade issue, which is not published in the notes, because this is not caused by one set of fixes. Whenever code is updated in the Platform for now assist, these message will be populated.  I have pasted the similar message for my virtual agent, which got fixed after upgrading ,  see this sample - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1703851

Are the patch2 or patch3 documents published? I would like some reference material.
