Failed Audio Processing Step of Voice Imput - Now Assist Panel

Hi All,

Now my team is trying "Voice Input" skill but it does not go well.

We could set this skill itself on Now Assist Panel but the audio processing step keeps failing to complete successfully. 

We believe that our LLM setting does not have any issue:

Do you know how to fix this situation?

We are experiencing an issue where the audio processing step does not complete successfully, even after multiple attempts.
Could you please let me know why this problem is happening and how I can fix it?

(Or is it better to ask Now Support?)

I wanted to provide an update regarding the issue we reported earlier.

After updating the following plugins to their latest versions:

 

・Voice Input for Now Assist (sn_voice_input)
・Generative AI Controller (sn_generative_ai)

the problem has been resolved.

Please check below areas as well.
1. Check for specific error messages when the audio processing fails.
2. Please cross check skill is activated correctly.
3. Please check any system properties related to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or voice recognition are disable or not.

Thank you for your comments but we've already checked 2 & 3.

We've checked all properties and plugins related to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or voice recognition.

One of instances can record voice and the instance also shows the same result, no voice recognition related system properties and plugins which our company's AI said it's strange though....

 

When we checked DevTool there are many warning messages so, we assume backend side causes the issue

We've already shared the issue with Now Support team so I would like to share the result once the solution has been provided.
