Failed Install Enterprise AI Productivity Value

Hi All,

Could you help me install the plugin named Enterprise AI Productivity Value.

I think I already installed all related plugins to install this plugin but it seems not. 

Is there any place that I can find the information which guides users to install this plugin?

I already installed that listed plugins:

• Value Engine
• Value dashboard for AI Control Tower
• Engagement dashboard for AI Control Tower

We use Zurich so, there is no version error/mismatch.

Or should I contact Now Support to solve the issue?

This seems an APP Store component- I dint see now its available at Appstore.

Below Appstore URL is Not opening , seems its pulled back.

Thank you for your comment. 
My instance still shows this option. 
I use windowsOS and updated recently.

As I have many issues to start DEX I often clear cache, conduct "cache do" so I think it is not because of cache. 

I would like to share this situation with Now Support.

I shared the issue with Now Support and they installed the app for me. 

So, the app exists and if people need that app but cannot install it's better to ask Now Support, based on my experience.
