Hi, most of the items listed under “AI Features Included for Free” are incorrect and not part of the base functionality (e.g. ITSM Standard). For instance, Predictive Intelligence is included in ITSM Professional, as is Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Analytics Q&A is part of Platform Analytics, which is either a paid add-on or included in a Professional SKU. There’s no feature called Automated Actions. If this is referring to Recommended Actions, it’s an ITSM Pro feature. AIOps is not included in any base ITOM package.

This post is quite misleading. In general, I would advise against posting anything related to licensing on this forum. These discussions should always be handled with the appropriate account teams to ensure accurate information is conveyed.
