Homepage search not showing Now Assist answers with Enhanced Chat enabled

Hello,

We recently installed Now Assist for ITSM/Virtual Agent and also enabled Enhanced Chat.
When we use the homepage search in Employee Center, we are not getting the "Answer generated by Now Assist" window.

What we see:

What I would expect to see with Now Assist enabled:

Does anybody know if this is "expected behavior" from Enhanced Chat, which changes the homepage search to a chat tab first (instead of the results)? Or is there some other configuration we still need to do?

I have this behavior on both our internal instance as well as a PDI.

1. Validate your configuration once end to end.  Refer: Have you tried the new Now Assist in Virtual Agent enhanced chat in Employee Center?

 

2.Expanded Chat has been added from Yokohama patch3. in Virtual Agent setting if you check  "Allow the search bar to open into a full-page chat experience" , Genius Result will not work.

  Ref: KB2267960 Enchanced chat : Genius result is not displayed for results from "search tab" 

           Has the specifications for Now Assist Genius Resolt changed from Yokohama? 

 

3. Ensure  System property "glide.ais.genius_result.enabled" is set to true.

   Refer: Now Assist Genius Result not showing up on employee center after upgrading
