How to add custom greeting messages in virtual agent using Now assist latest features. Suppose if a ''user enters Good Morning message at any point of time in the chat'' (not the first auto greeting from the bot), then "the chat bot should intelligently reply with a good morning text message". How to achieve this using the Now assist based LLM Virtual Agent? How would the latest features of Xanadu would help in this above use case and what role does the new LLM based response and other new features in virtual agent designer would help?

Service Now LLM is already Trained on Data but in XANADU its exposed for More Use Case Development Apart from 3 rd Party LLM.

I assume you must have explored ADVANCE section of Now Assist VA Greeting Setting.

Firstly, Thanks for the solution, Rahul. But these advanced feature greeting messages are only for the initial start of conversation, I want the bot to respond even if the user enters a good morning message in between a conversation also (i.e. in btw a conversation if I say good morning, the bot should reply with a good morning to the user). Our main idea is to make the Virtual agent more interactive with end-user. Any input/suggestion will be appreciated.
Thanks.

I tried some Prompt Setting for your case - with Co-Pilot Just Now.

It greeted be in between of a conversation but when i said greeting Again - it said ALREADY PLAYED THAT One !Care to CHAT About Something Else.

You Can try with Some Prompt Setting , i never tried with Virtual Agent.

You can try to create a "good morning" custom topic, with a topic description that wishes a user "good morning" when the user greets the bot. Also coming in our November patch, we're targeting an out-of-box "hello/greeting" small talk topic that will respond to users who greet the Virtual Agent automatically.
