How to brand "Enhanced Chat" Display experience in virtual agent

We recently moved to Yokoyama and like to use "Enhanced Chat" display experience in our virtual agent, However, we're encountering some challenges when it comes to branding the Enhanced Chat window to align with our organization's specific branding guidelines. We have a well-established branding configuration that works perfectly for the "Standard Chat" experience

I have created a new Branding record and applied it to my assistant. I have created multiple new Menu items, but only 3 of them will display. Do you have any insight as to why that is? I have cleared browser cache, tried multiple browsers, etc. and it will not change.

I have the same issues with Enhanced Chat - this menu only seems to support those 3 items and I would love to be able to insert some text in there - also for some reason my "Support" tab has a lowercase "s" on support and I have no idea where that is coming from!
