Incident Summarization Skill Missing Key Fields in Output

I'm facing an issue with the Incident summarization skill in Now Assist Skill Kit. The summarization output is currently not displaying the following key fields:
 
 
- Assignment Group
 
- Assigned To
 
- Work Notes
 
- Comments
 

 
These same fields are working correctly in the Procurement summarization skill, even though both use identical prompts and input mappings — including `other_fields.all_remaining_attributes` and `relatedlists_data.all_remaining_attributes`.
 
Could we escalate this to the ServiceNow support team to verify whether the Incident data is being passed correctly into the skill?

Yes, we are using OOB skill, and  patch version is correct and " Now assist For ITSM" Installed correctly. We have raised case but they are saying that we need configure inside skill promt.we are doing but not working

Have you added any custom inputs and skill on top of OOB skill ?
if yes please test and check.
