Hi All,

Can someone please help me with the prerequisite for install Now Assist in Conversational Catalog Request Application.

 

Also for Get visibility on the conversational readiness of your catalog items for ServiceNow Virtual Agent. Understand the reasons certain items are not conversational and take action on recommendations to make them conversational.
