Now Assist Panel is showing a blank

Hello All - Recently we have upgraded our instance and we see now Assist panel is blank and not displaying any text or skills. any help is highly appreciated

Hi @Meera1 ,

 

If you have upgraded the instance, may be you need to upgrade the plugins, Upgrade your plugin for NowAssists

@Meera1 - As @PaulSylo said, it is likely that the plugin Generative AI controller needs an update (along with the platform upgrade).

If it dosen't resolve the issue, then it might be a configuration miss, would you be able to paste a a screenshot for the Now Assist panel ?
