Is build agent is still open in pdis if not can we use now learning to experiment it ?

yes, it's still available in PDIs.

And there's the window to be used for Build agent:

If you don't see this window, you might not have the required version, it must be Zurich for sure and perhaps the patch 2 (no guarantee about the patch version).
