Issue in automating NowAssist Summarize button on Incident form

Hello,

I am trying to automate the Incident Summarization flow of Now Assist feature on Incident form. However I am not able to get the 'Summarize' button action in UI action or Custom UI test step in ATF.  Could you please help me with the test step to automate the same?

Could you please verify the role of the user under which you are performing the test run, as well as confirm the role assigned for controlling the visibility of the UI action?

Thank you for your response. 

I have created user and added to the assignment group to which Incident Summarize functionality should be accessible. I am able to see the button, though not able to click on the same with the ATF. So I don't think role would be issue.

Could you please share a screenshot to provide more details about the process? Also, could you clarify which step involves clicking on the UI action? This will help me better understand your instructions and ensure that I’m following the correct procedure. If possible please do share the page source code as well.

Hi @amruta_more 

If you are not able to achieve through Custom UI steps,It could not be done.

As of now, Now Assist feature (especially Next Experience/AI-driven buttons like Summarize, Generate, etc) are not officially ATF supported in many builds. They are not rendered in a way ATF can hook into easily.
