Issue with Incident Summary Functionality

Hello Experts,
I have a question regarding the Incident Summary functionality.
Are there any known cases where the Incident Summary feature does not work properly?
For example, if there are more than X interactions in an incident, does the summary fail to generate?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

We are using Now Assist in our client side and we did not encounter such kind of issues. So looks all good as of now.

Hi @yoshi047,
Though most of the time it will work flawlessly but there are certain scenarios where you can face issues-
1) In cases where an incident has a large number of interactions, the Incident Summary might not generate properly, or it might time out.
2) For incidents with many linked tasks, incidents, or change records, the Incident Summary can run into performance problems, especially when generating summaries for these complex cases.
