Facing an issue while publishing my custom NASK skill to the Virtual Assistant in ServiceNow. When I enable the skill for the Virtual Agent by checking the respective option, it appears to be successfully linked. However, the actual response behavior of the skill on the Virtual Agent is not as expected and does not align with the designed or tested output.
The skill works correctly during individual testing, but when triggered through the Virtual Agent interface, the response seems inconsistent or incorrect.
Could you please help me understand the root cause or guide me through the proper steps to resolve this issue?
Looking forward to your support.

Can you share what is the inconsistencies or unexpected outcomes? you see in entire output or relevancies in output or hallucinations/Data drift?
If your custom skills is working fine in your individual testing, your underlying NLU is working fine. but when it comes to VA and it is not working, then there is some context handling issue between your Virtual agent and custom skill. Reason may be input mapping or data training or async operations. I would suggest to check the input topic mapping , then you check for VA logs, check Async operations. but share the error , based on this , it will help us narrow down the issue
