Hello mates,
We have been working on Agentic workflow projects since last 6 months. Mostly implemented ITSM, CSM and ITOM workflows - all OOTB.
The feedback that we received from the IT agents is that - the OOTB agentic workflows is not that helpful for them. The results are not consistent, promising and the output is not effective. They are saying that "Its not IMPACTFUL". May say that Agentic workflows doesnt fit for ServiceNow.
I am curious to know how has been your journey IF you have implemented Agentic workflows. Are the users happy? Are they seeing any value out of it? Is it impactful?
