The labs will not load when I'm trying to complete them. They automatically mark complete and I can't open them. Any advice on how to fix this?

Can you go to Lab 1.1 and provide a screenshot of what you see?

@danziegler Are you just looking for the steps for the lab? Refresh the page- that worked for me. I'm doing the same course if you want to link up at all! Best of luck!

Gen AI ITSM Lab is giving same error for last 1 week. Summarization or Resolution Features are Not Working.
For Resolution Box appears It Says as per SS and then disappears and do nothing.

Log a now learning support case, GenAI is not available on pdi so tough for us to support, also it is lab instance, now learning team is right to guide you.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I had similar in this lab. ended up terminating instance and getting new one that resolves the issue. I suspect the Lab specific updateset was not loaded correctly on that instance
