Not able to turn on Now Assist panel for SPM even after plugin installation

Hello Community,

 

I am not able to turn on the Now Assist panel for SPM.
The Now Assist for SPM product plugin is already installed.
All required roles are assigned correctly.
Even after this, the Now Assist panel is still disabled.
Please let me know why this issue is happening.

Hi @SahanaJ 

Two actions to try:

  • Reinstall the required OMC plugin and try again.
  • Run cache.do.

If the issue still persists, log a support case, as this is an out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) functionality.
