Hello,
@Sunil2021 , @Jim Poisson ,I am not able to receive my OTP emails while I try to login to the ServiceNow University and I asked the support through SSO. It asked my username and password and then it is not resolving my issue and showing "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation. "As I come across the ServiceNow community you have solved this type of problem previously. So I am requesting you to please help me in resolving this issue and give an option to change my multi factor authentication . My details are as follows
UserName: 21121a1533@vidyanikethan.asia

The issue has now been fixed, and you should be able to receive the OTP and log in successfully.
For a smoother experience, we recommend setting up the Authenticator App for hassle-free login in the future. Please refer to this KB article for guidance on MFA setup:

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ServiceNow Community members (including me) don’t have access to reset MFA, OTP, or login issues for ServiceNow University accounts. These can only be resolved by the ServiceNow University Support team directly.
What you can do:
Go to Now Learning Help and submit a support request.
If the SSO chat keeps failing, raise a ticket using the “Contact Support” option at the bottom of the page.
Provide your username/email and mention clearly that you need MFA reset or alternative verification, since you are not receiving OTP.
