Now Assist AI Icon background is transparent

AI Assist has been configured with the same configurations in both portals, yet the background is transparent in one portal and visible in the other


In the portal 1 background is visible upon click.

Has anyone faced this issue?

Hey @denny3,

 

if it is the same environment and just different portals, this might be a subject of different portal themes..

 

To verify that, you can go to this path
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/conversation/settings/list/sys_cs_branding_setup
and select your chatbot:

And there you can update branding, but as far as I know, the icon cannot be replaced:

Check and ensure that:

  • the chatbots used are the same one and not 2 different ones
  • go to https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sp_theme_list.do and compare if the portals have the same themes selected..

If none of this helps, please create a case from Support Portal to get assistance from ServiceNow..

eventually it might be a custom CSS Include on the in the portal  theme /m2m_sp_theme_css_include_list.do
use developer tools (Ctrl+ Shift+ i ) in the browser to identify the css differences between the portals
