Chat Summary is not possible because the settings are missing?

When you use "/Summarize" in the Quick action, the following error appears:
「Chat summaries won’t appear until your IT administrator completes all the required steps involved in the setup. View setup

I don't know what settings I don't have enough, so please let me know.

the message says "... all the required steps involved in the setup. View setup" 

Have you checked what is in the View Setup? The link from you post directs to the official documentation, in the end it is activated, have you reviewed it step by step? 

I cannot access it in my PDI, check whether there is not "Guided setup" for the chat summary, it should help you to activate everything.

@NatsukiO  _ Its highly impossible to help you, if you have missed any configuring in setting up the chat summarization. 

 

Ensure the following steps are completed in the Now Assist Admin console:

  • Define triggers for chat summarization.
  • Select additional data sources and specify a portal for the data source.
  • Enable the skill for chats sent in the selected portal/channel.
  • Ensure the skill is activated and properly configured for availability and display

I think the Skill is not configured within the Now Assist Admin Panel. Please request your instance admin to complete the skill configuration and ensure that the skill Display Settings are set to be available within In-product Desktop. Moreover, please ask your admin to check the user role assigned for the skill. Refer below screenshot for reference.

Please enable the Chat summarization skill from Now Assist Admin console.
