Now assist chat summarization logs

Hi All,

What are the methods to debug Now Assist skills?

I have enabled Chat Summarization skill, but it doesn't summarize all the interaction records.

Are there are debugging guide/steps in general for Now Assist skills?

Please check this -

Customers who have installed Now Assist for may notice that the summarizer does not appear to work when an End Users engages with a virtual agent from the Service Portal. They may notice that the chat summarize works as intended when engaged

from either /esc  (assuming they have correctly installed Now Assist For IT Service Management (ITSM)) but not from "/sp". 

 

Hope this is not the case.
