Now Assist Custom Skill-subflow not returing response

hi,

 i have a now assist custom skill taking string date as input and calling subflow, subflow also take string input which is date.

Subflow enterally convert string input into date yyyy-MM-DD and return a string out put.

Suflow work very well when test in Process Automation with "Test" functionality but when called from Custom skill , skill does not get any response , its just blank no error message etc.

how to trace it?

Hi @Ashwin32,

 

I just finished the Now Assist Essentials and there's debugging described as following:

  1. Navigate to Now Assist Admin > Features.
  2. Select the desired workflow (e.g., Technology, Customer, Employee, Creator, Platform, etc.).
  3. Select the feature card that contains the skill you want to troubleshoot.
  4. Select the More Options icon (three vertical dots) next to the desired skill.
  5. Select Run diagnostics.

 

If the Run Diagnostics action returns no errors, try the following actions:

  1. Review the skill's configuration for errors (e.g., input, availability, display settings).
  2. Contact Now Support(opens in a new tab for additional help.
