Now Assist in AI Search does not now show Source in bottom

hi All,
we have enabled the Now assist AI Search, it is working well however we are not able see the source in the left bottom of the search results, instead we are seeing "Ask A Follow-up" . can someone please help to guide me on it.?
Below is the snapshot for the same highlighted in black

It is expected. I test at my end:
It will not show the source.

for one the customer it comes with Source details instead of "Ask a follow-up" Please see below snapshot:

I checked again, but it’s still not showing on my side. It might be best to log a new support case with ServiceNow for assistance

Hi AMit
Does search Source is Outside of Service Now ?
Also does above response is coming from one KB or Multiple KBs if you know?
"If the Now Assist search is not showing the "Source" in your Virtual Agent assistant, it may be because the search source is based on an unsupported table or is configured as an external link, which is not officially supported for Virtual Agent responses. Only external sources configured through official connectors like Sharepoint will appear as Genius results in Virtual Agent 1." This is what i see from Service Now.
