Now Assist OOTB Skill Clone Issue - Summarization of case/incident

Our team doesn't like the OOTB Now Assist Skill for Record Summarization since it has SLA information and CI information. We want to have only three sections while we summarize a case/incident

1. Issue - Short description summary
2. Key Actions - Chronological order of key actions taken in the case/incident
For eg: 
- Opened on *DATE/TIME* by *USER*

- Assigned to the group *X* and they troubleshooted by performing *action*

-*USER* provided additional information via email

- Escalated to the group *Y* 

3. Resolution Steps - Summarize resolution notes

 

I tried to clone the ServiceNow skill - "Summarize a record" but the prompts are being copied, and I want my custom prompts here, what do I do?

Is there any documentation on how the preprocessors works? I see a bunch of them in "Skill settings" section.
