Hey Everyone,
I hope you are doing great!
I need some assistance/suggestions on AI Agent processing messages. Sometimes, the AI Agents are having huge latency which is let's say more than 30 seconds. I am wondering in someone figured out a way to keep the users engaging by let's say random facts about the internet or history, instead of showing static processing messages like "XYZ Agent is working on your issue".
My motive is to keep the user engaged while the tools work out their charm, not making the users bored/feel negative emotions about the chatbot.
Any suggestions just in case you figured out a way would be really appreciated.

Hi,
I don't think there in solution to post Random facts.
You can try adding instruction to post some message every 10 seconds. If it is not working check whether your AI Agent can be configured to post messages in different stage of processing
