NowAssist Capabilities in Virtual agent

We are working on integrating Now Assist (Gen AI) within a Virtual Agent (VA) topic in ServiceNow to summarize incidents. Our goal is to:

  • Use Now Assist to generate a summary of the incident.
  • Include relevant resolution steps (like work notes, close notes).
  • Customize the response before presenting it in the chat.
  • Version of servicenow Xanadu.

Please share steps what should be done to do some custom implementation as there are no utilities and capabilities are found in the virtual agent designer related to same.

You can directly call upon skills in the Virtual Agent in the latest Xanadu Patch 7/Yokohama Patch 1 release. You don't need to embed it via Designer.
