Hi @Priyanka Jha1 - check user is having this role - sn_nowassist_admin.user , if so, remove this role and try once. if this is not working, revert the role. 2. check user is having this role - now_assist_panel_user, if not add this role as well. 3. finally, see this role addition, can help you -

@Priyanka Jha1 - when you say "not invoked" ....is your custom skill visible under Now assist panel options and not getting invoked or is it not visible at all?
Please paste screenshot to help us visualize more.
Also please try the steps pasted by @PaulSylo

I have the same issue. When trying to activate the custom skill through the Now Assist Panel, I am not sure what I need to type to start the custom skill.
UI action works fine of course, as the user click the action. But we cannot work out what we need to actually type into the Now Assist Panel to start the skill.
We don't have that user roles PaulSylo referred to in Yokohama:

Hello Jayden, yes this is the same issue I am experiencing and unfortunately i am not able to find out any information in the docs as well .
I am thinking of creating a Hi Support case for this issue which seems to be a product issue.
