Predictive intelligence Unable to predict.

I have trained a predictive intelligence model in "Similarity" in tested that it was working fine but now it is showing "unable to predict"

Can someone tell the possible cause and its resolution.

Can you Retrain the solution definition and try again.

I have trained it several times, and also when some other user in the same instance in trying to test the model it is working fine.

Is this the same instance on which you trained it? What changed between it working and it stopping to work?
