Make sure both instances have the same patch level and the same plugin version. You can activate the plugin at the global or top-level domain.

I have already checked both instance are having same version and patch.
Plugins are also up to date.
Now Assist IT Service Management
Now Assist Skill kit
In Now Assist panel, it is working but on form it is not.
Summarize button is not available on form.
Is there any other reason for this issue?

Last option is repair the plugin and if still issue log a now support case.
