Unable to access ServiceNow Store / HI Portal to install Now Assist plugin on demo instance

Hi,

We have a demo instance at the organizational level. When I try to get the Now Assist plugin, I am redirected to the ServiceNow Store portal. Logging into the Store shows that it is not accessible. The same issue occurs when trying to access the Now Support / HI portal to raise a ticket.

Could someone please help with the following:

1. Why is access to the Store and HI portal restricted?
2. How can we get the required access to these portals?
3. What are the steps to install the Now Assist plugins on a demo instance?
4. Are there any known limitations for demo instances regarding Now Assist / Store access, and where can we find limitation details for this?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
