Unable to create Intenet

When i changed scope to CD NLU , then New Intent button got disabled. If i switch scope to Global then new intent button got enabled , but not able to create, getting below error. Then How to create new Intent

Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support

"Machine Learning services, like NLU, are not available in PDIs.

Are You Trying This in Your enterprise LAB Instance or in PDI?
