Hello Team,
I am taking this course -
Now Assist for Creator Essentials
Here when I try to install plugins to continue my course & unlock all Assist Features and their skills I see this error message.
I go to Now Assist > Settings > Plugins and do Get plugins for Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) the below screenshot is what i see.
Kindly assist on how to install the plugins and continue with course.

Hi Shalaka,
In the 'Now Assist for Creator Essentials' course you will NOT be able to enable 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)' plugin since you will be only focusing on 'Now Assist for Creator' learning contents.
Below is the screenshot from Now Assist for Creator training Instance.
Below is the screenshot from Now Assist for ITSM training Instance.
So, though the plugins are showed available to you, you will not be able to install them in training instance.

So if I understood you have a LAB in CREATOR ESSENTIAL Course.
For CREATOR why you are Installing ITSM Now ASSIST Plugin- You need to Install Now Assist for Creator
Plugin/App name code- sn_now_creator
