I want to build a custom skill that whenever a customer sends us an email. The process would work as follows:
1. The generative AI analyzes the email body to identify the intent and entities.
2. Using the AI search/Skill Kit retriever, it finds the most relevant catalog item.
3. Finally, it uses the entities extracted from the email body to draft the catalog item.
I’m curious about how we can achieve this, noting that we are on Xanadu Patch 3.
