Virtual agent LLM topic not getting triggered

I have created a virtual agent LLM based topic and published it. when i am searching text "change office location" my topic is not getting triggered. why it's happening even though my topic is published correctly. In Virtual agent now assist window i am getting Thinking... and it won't proceed ahead.

Can someone please assist.

  • Try cache.do.

  • Also, try using another browser with a different user.

  • If the issue persists, log a new support case.
