Hi Jay, I understand a lot of customers are trying to identify use cases that save millions of dollars, but perhaps, if you are lucky enough to have the licensing, try simple, smaller, quick wins to build value over time. Recently i saw this link which shows list of use cases prescribed by Servicenow using AI agents, i would say to start implementing this use cases first and get to know how this is works, then try to configure this AI agents, as per your need, then create a custom Agents. that's the approach worked well for me , when i started my Now Assist journey,
