Where are Now Assist for Virtual Agent synthesized responses stored?

Hi All,

I am working on a Now Assist for Virtual Agent project and I have noticed that the Now Assist synthesized responses are not stored in the transcripts in the interaction record for the virtual agent. If they are not stored here, where are they stored? We are also looking to deploy an AI Agent that reads the transcripts and provides sentiment analysis and summarization of the transcripts, but this is not possible since the Now Assist responses are not stored where I would expect them to be.

Hi @nathandanek - I see you need to work on the transcript form now assist response, i think all these response( even now assist synth. response)  will be saved in "interacton_log". Can you check is this what you need?
