AI agent Trigger not firing

Hi ,

I am working on a AI Agent use case in related to HR case, I have configured the trigger on create or update of HR case, but the trigger is not firing. I even tried creating new and updating existing HR case but trigger is still not firing.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @deepaktomar - Check the scope and role and AI search is enable or not,. i suggest to download this "AI agent decision log" and see for any error
