Why query added in sys_proper is not working for QA now assist for search result?

Hi Team,

 

There is one feature that enables you to stop converting kb articles into actionable steps if you are restricting it with sys_property called "sn_ais_assist.u_kb_encoded_query" by adding proper, I have done the same but still it is converting it into actionable code/steps?

here I have restricted few categories but still kb belogs to those categories are converting articles into actionable code/steps as it also shows because of which articles the data is converted into actionable, I have restricted all those categories still its not working can anyone help?

STEP 1- is the same query is omitting Results in GUI when you do a normal Search?

 

It Seems that your Query is not correct with NOT EQUAL TO

 

GUI Query Values

Encoded Query Value- kb_categoryNOT LIKEOutlook

 

This Should work as in GUI  search its omitting the result not satisfying
