Agent Workspace Activity Stream shows Created By UserID in place of User Name

Open an Incident in Agent Workspace.

For some of the Incident, we see User Id of the user who created that work note or additional comments in place of User Name.

Found this KB but did not help in my case-

Hello,

 

Do you have any update for this? Facing same issue and it is not consistent.

As per ServiceNow, this issue will be fixed in Utah Patch 2. There is no other alternative apart from moving to Utah Patch2.

Same issue for us in HR workspace, and indeed patch 7 for Tokyo has been applied.
