Hi @DishiG ,

you should start with learning fundamental of ServiceNow. In this course you will come to know how, what and where configuration need to be done. After completing this course you will know ServiceNow and can start with basic development. Post this you can explore ITSM module as it is very easy to understand and in course they will talk more about this module for scenarios discussion.

you can opt from now learning but it will be paid, you will get discount or wave of if your organisation is partner of ServiceNow.

you can also look my course where I have talked about realtime scenarios in it.

What is it that you want to do in the ServiceNow realm, first of all?

That is what I am seeking an answer to. I definitely don't want to be a developer. As a Business Analyst what should be my roadmap in ServiceNow. Should I go for Service Now BA role or Sys Admin? very confused.

No matter what people tell you, "Sys Admin" is a technical role.  Almost every component of the platform a sys_admin has access to touch has code in it.  In 15 years I've heard hundreds of people disqualify themselves over the word code.  That's because they think "Full stack developer" when they hear code.  In reality, ServiceNow is one of the lowest code platforms out there.

Make no mistake, people who can BUILD on ServiceNow are the roles that are most in demand.

If you want to be a BA in the ServiceNow world, then simply be a BA.  Because nothing about that role requires technical know-how of the build roles.  The BA role is there to visualize processes and help articulate requirements from the business.  It will be a hard slog because for my money, every single other role in the ecosystem contains the BA set of resonsibilities.
