Hi @DishiG ,
you should start with learning fundamental of ServiceNow. In this course you will come to know how, what and where configuration need to be done. After completing this course you will know ServiceNow and can start with basic development. Post this you can explore ITSM module as it is very easy to understand and in course they will talk more about this module for scenarios discussion.
you can opt from now learning but it will be paid, you will get discount or wave of if your organisation is partner of ServiceNow.
you can also look my course where I have talked about realtime scenarios in it.

Knowing what role your aiming at justifies a good amount of thought. My podcast partner and I put together a few episodes that can help:
ServiceNow Admin
https://share.transistor.fm/s/c307e8ac
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
https://share.transistor.fm/s/49706080
ServiceNow Business Analyst
https://share.transistor.fm/s/de8604c8
ServiceNow Engagement Manager
https://share.transistor.fm/s/38597cba
ServiceNow Architect
This one has our first episode, then a retrospective a couple years later.

That's what I am seeking an answer to. I definitely don't want to be a developer. As a Business Analyst what should be my roadmap in Service Now. Should I opt for Service Now BA role or Sys Admin role. Very confused. and what should be my roadmap.

Hi @DishiG
I have a BA and BPC and working in the ServiceNow Ecosystem for 10 years. Along with this, I am a ServiceNow Trainer as well, which means I interact with several people daily who need guidance and want to learn SN. here are my thoughts
- Learning SN is not tough but yes it is very very vast now.
- As you already have experience as a BA, which is an addition for you.
- You can pick up the ServiceNow Business Analyst journey
But before you start any journey, you can watch some videos about SN and see if are you getting interested, it should be like some one told you and you started the journey. Watch some free videos (many channels are there, including mine) and see if yo are interested then pick up the official journey. If you want, you can connect with me 1-1 as well.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG, Thanks for your response. I have done the fundamental of ServiceNow and also completed the micro certifications. I also went through your channel before I posted my concern to the community. I find a lot of material on your channel but I get confused where to start with. Can you share the link of the playlist from your channel which I should start with considering my experience as a BA.
