All Platform Analytics widgets re-migrated unexpectedly after upgrading through to Australia

Occasional  ·  Resolved – Pending Release  ★ New

When an instance that has already completed a bulk migration is upgraded from Yokohama to Zurich and then to Australia, all Platform Analytics widgets are migrated again during the upgrade rather than only the active ones. This can create duplicate or unexpected migration entries.

PRB / KB: PRB2034116  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 5 (~Aug 2026), Zurich Patch 12 (~Aug 2026)

Migrated reports in non-global domains display no name after upgrading to Australia

Occasional  ·  Resolved – Pending Release  ★ New

After upgrading to Australia, Core UI reports that reside in domains other than global may appear with an empty name in the Data Visualizations library. Reports in the global domain are unaffected. The report name is not carried over to the migrated record for non-global-domain reports during the table-structure change.

PRB / KB: PRB2021236  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Pending Australia backport

Users with the itil role see migrated reports in read-only mode

Rare  ·  Fixed  ★ New

After migration, users with the itil role opened migrated reports in read-only mode rather than the editable Report Designer view available to them in Core UI. These users can now open migrated reports in Report Designer as expected.

PRB / KB: PRB1989820  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 3 (Jun 2026)  ·  Backport: N/A

Users with report-sharing roles cannot edit migrated visualizations

Rare  ·  Fixed  ★ New

In Core UI, users with the report_group or report_global role could edit a report that was shared with them. After migration, these roles did not grant edit access to the resulting visualization. Edit access for these roles has been restored.

PRB / KB: PRB1982635  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 1 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich Patch 8 (Apr 2026)

Migration information message displays even when single-dashboard migration is disabled

Common  · Fixed

A migration information banner continues to appear on Core UI dashboards even when the com.glide.par.coreui_single_migration.enabled system property is set to false. The message cannot be suppressed through this configuration, creating unnecessary user confusion on instances that have not enabled single-dashboard self-service migration.

PRB / KB: PRB1972851  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 1 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich Patch 7 (Mar 2026)

List visualization shows empty selection label for group-by fields after migration

Occasional  ·  Fixed

After migrating a Core UI list report that uses an additional group-by configuration, the group-by field label appears empty in the resulting Platform Analytics list visualization. Data is present but the grouping column header is blank.

PRB / KB: PRB1972403  ·  Customer Target: Australia – Data Viz Bundle v7.0.4 (Apr 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich – Data Viz Bundle v6.4 (Jun 2026)

Migrated data visualization owner is not set correctly after migration

Occasional  ·  Fixed

After migrating a Core UI report or visualization through the Migration Center, the owner field on the resulting Platform Analytics data visualization is not populated correctly. Dashboards that rely on owner-based access controls or sharing configuration may behave unexpectedly post-migration.

PRB / KB: PRB1997165  ·  Customer Target: Australia – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v4.0.3 (Apr 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v3.0.5 (Apr 2026)

Calendar report event display fields are not migrated correctly for all source tables

Occasional  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

Calendar report visualizations migrated from Core UI to Platform Analytics may have incorrect or missing event display fields for certain source tables. After migration, the calendar may display the wrong fields for event records or show incomplete event details depending on the source table used.

PRB / KB: PRB2009064  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026), Zurich Patch 11 (~Jul 2026)

Partial dashboard migration rollback from a non-global domain creates duplicate dashboard records

Occasional  · Fixed

When a partial dashboard migration is run and then rolled back from a non-global domain, duplicate dashboard records are created within that domain. The duplicates appear in the Platform Analytics Library and can cause navigation confusion. Affects Zurich and Australia instances.

PRB / KB: PRB1997683  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 2 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich Patch 9 (May 2026)

Scheduled report recipient list may display raw email addresses after migration

Occasional  · Resolved – Pending Release

After migrating a scheduled report through the Migration Center, the recipient list may display raw email addresses rather than formatted user display names. The recipient list is functionally correct but may be difficult to verify or edit in this state.

PRB / KB: PRB2013850  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026), Zurich Patch 11 (~Jul 2026)

Core UI report bookmarks and direct links do not auto-redirect after full migration

Rare  · Resolved – Pending Release

After completing a full Core UI to Platform Analytics migration, bookmarks and direct links to Core UI reports do not automatically redirect to the corresponding migrated Platform Analytics data visualizations. Users clicking existing bookmarks or favorites must navigate manually to locate migrated content.

PRB / KB: PRB2016359  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026)

Widget configuration settings are not preserved after migration

Rare  · Fixed

After migrating Core UI dashboards through the Migration Center, certain widget configuration settings are not preserved in the resulting Platform Analytics data visualizations. Affected settings revert to defaults and must be manually reconfigured post-migration.

PRB / KB: PRB2003609  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 2 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Yokohama Patch 13 (May 2026), Zurich Patch 9 (May 2026)

Migrated static content blocks display raw HTML tags in Platform Analytics rich text visualizations

Rare  · Fixed

Static content blocks containing HTML markup in Core UI dashboards are not correctly rendered after migration to Platform Analytics. The resulting rich text visualization displays raw HTML tags as visible text rather than rendering the intended formatted content.

PRB / KB: PRB1988855  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 1 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: N/A

Rich text styles defined using CSS style tags are lost after migration

Rare  · Fixed

Rich text content that uses CSS styling defined within style blocks in Core UI dashboards loses its formatting after migration to Platform Analytics. The style rules are stripped and not reproduced in the migrated rich text visualization, resulting in unstyled content.

PRB / KB: PRB2005163  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 2 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: N/A

'Welcome to Platform Analytics' modal reappears on migrated dashboards that contain a broken filter component

Rare  · Resolved – Pending Release

The 'Welcome to Platform Analytics' onboarding modal reappears on each visit to a migrated dashboard when the dashboard contains a broken or unconfigured filter component. The user preference to suppress the modal is ignored in this condition, making the modal appear on every visit regardless of prior dismissal.

PRB / KB: PRB2019318  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026), Zurich Patch 11 (~Jul 2026)

Core UI auto-migration can trigger excessive memory consumption and instance disruption

Rare  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

When the system property enabling automatic single-dashboard migration is active, the auto-migration process can consume a disproportionate amount of instance memory. On instances with a large number of Core UI dashboards or high concurrent usage, this may cause an out-of-memory condition and service disruption. Instances that have automatic migration disabled are not affected.

PRB / KB: PRB2031469 (internal)  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026)  ·  Backport: N/A

Migrated dashboard column chart shows the same color for all series when grouped by "Created by"

Rare  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

After migrating a Core UI dashboard to Platform Analytics, column chart visualizations that use the "Created by" field as a group-by dimension display all data series in a single color rather than applying distinct colors per series. Other group-by fields are not affected.

PRB / KB: PRB2022558  ·  Customer Target: CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v5.0.1 (~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v4.0.5 (~Jul 2026), Zurich – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v3.0.7 (~Jul 2026)

Migration Center displays incorrect domain dashboard count during bulk migration

Common  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

The Migration Center displays an incorrect count of dashboards available for migration when domain separation is active. The count shown may not accurately reflect the number of Core UI dashboards accessible from the user's domain, which can result in unexpected migration scope.

PRB / KB: PRB1977010  ·  Customer Target: Brazil – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v5.0 (~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v3.0.7 (~Jul 2026)

Cascading filters are not corrected during migration to Platform Analytics

Occasional  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

Core UI dashboards with cascading filter configurations may not have those filter relationships correctly reproduced after migration to Platform Analytics. The cascade behavior, where one filter's selection drives the available values in a dependent filter, must be reconfigured manually post-migration.

PRB / KB: PRB1942417  ·  Customer Target: Brazil – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v5.0 (~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: N/A

Migrated UI page in compatibility mode cannot be edited after migration

Rare  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

After migrating a Core UI page that includes content delivered in compatibility mode, the resulting Platform Analytics artifact cannot be edited. The page opens in read-only state and standard editing controls are unavailable.

PRB / KB: PRB2013864  ·  Customer Target: Brazil – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v5.0 (~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Zurich – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v3.0.7 (~Jul 2026)

COUNT / COUNT DISTINCT aggregations show unexpected decimal precision post-migration

Common  ·  Fixed

Single score visualizations using COUNT or COUNT DISTINCT display decimal values (e.g., 5.0 instead of 5) after upgrading or migrating. Affects readability and numeric formatting expectations.

PRB / KB: PRB1939279 / KB2656237  ·  Customer Target: Australia – CoreUI Migration Bundle v4.0 / Yokohama & Zurich – CoreUI Migration Bundle v2.0.5 / v3.0.3  ·  Backport: Yokohama, Zurich, Australia

PRB / KB: PRB1917114 / KB2410794  ·  Customer Target: Zurich – PAe Bundle v7.1  ·  Backport: N/A

Migration onboarding modal continues to appear despite 'Don’t show again' being selected

Common  ·  Fixed

After migrating a dashboard to Platform Analytics, the 'Welcome to Platform Analytics' onboarding modal continues to display on subsequent visits even after the user has dismissed it with 'Don't show this again.' Affects Zurich and Yokohama instances.

PRB / KB: PRB1865224  ·  Customer Target: Zurich  ·  Backport: Yokohama

PRB / KB: PRB1948336 / KB2735225  ·  Customer Target: Australia  ·  Backport: Zurich

Timeseries visualization drilldown fails when group-by is applied after migration

Occasional  ·  Fixed

PRB / KB: PRB1908756  ·  Customer Target: Australia – PAe Bundle v8.1  ·  Backport: Yokohama, Zurich

Time series widget with secondary Y-axis migrates blank

Occasional  ·  Fixed

After migrating a Core UI dashboard, time series visualizations configured with a second Y-axis render as blank. The widget appears empty until the visualization is rebuilt natively in Platform Analytics.

PRB / KB: PRB1941482  ·  Customer Target: Australia – Data Viz Bundle v7.0 True-Up  ·  Backport: N/A

Duplicate API calls in Migration Center cause slow load during large migrations

Occasional  ·  Fixed

The Platform Analytics Migration Center issues redundant API requests during migration runs, causing noticeably slower load times when migrating large dashboard sets.

PRB / KB: PRB1932038  ·  Customer Target: Australia – CoreUI Migration Bundle v4.0.2  ·  Backport: N/A

Refresh Dashboard button not working for legacy widgets on migrated dashboards

Filter conditions on Core UI reports are not preserved during migration

Common  ·  Fixed

When migrating Core UI reports to Platform Analytics through the Migration Center, filter conditions configured on the source report are not carried over to the resulting data visualization. The migrated visualization opens without filters applied, requiring manual reconfiguration post-migration.

PRB / KB: PRB1961055  ·  Customer Target: Australia – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v4.0.1  ·  Backport: Zurich – CoreUI Analytics Migration Bundle v3.0.5 (Apr 2026)

Dashboard tab name translations are not preserved during migration to Platform Analytics

Common  ·  Fixed

When migrating a Core UI dashboard with translated tab names, the tab name translations are not carried over to the resulting Platform Analytics dashboard. After migration, tab names display in the default language only, and translations must be reconfigured manually in Platform Analytics.

PRB / KB: PRB1956520  ·  Customer Target: Australia family (shipped)  ·  Backport: Zurich Patch 9 (May 2026)

Core UI reports migrate to Platform Analytics without a bulk migration having been triggered

Rare  ·  Fixed

Following an upgrade to Australia, certain Core UI reports may appear as migrated in Platform Analytics without the user having intentionally triggered a bulk or single-dashboard migration. The migration occurs as a side effect of the upgrade process rather than as a deliberate user action.

PRB / KB: PRB1941846  ·  Customer Target: Australia family (shipped)  ·  Backport: Zurich Patch 11 (~Jul 2026, pending)

Toolbox options persist in a previously selected language after switching language session

Common  · Fixed

After switching the instance language, certain dashboard toolbox options continue to display in the previously selected language. Cached toolbox items do not refresh to reflect the new language session until the cache is cleared.

PRB / KB: PRB1969752  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 1 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Yokohama Patch 13 (May 2026), Zurich Patch 7 (Mar 2026)

Navigation to home.do does not redirect to the last visited dashboard

Common  · Resolved – Pending Release

Navigating to home.do does not return users to their most recently visited dashboard. The last-visited redirect behavior from Core UI is not replicated in Platform Analytics, requiring manual navigation to return to the most recently used dashboard. Consolidates three related defects (PRB1988004, PRB2014273, PRB2018222).

PRB / KB: PRB2014857  ·  Customer Target: Brazil (family release, ~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia Patch 4 (~Jul 2026)

Dashboard drilldown triggers full-page refresh in Service Operations Workspace, causing unsaved work to be lost

Occasional  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

Clicking a drilldown link from a Platform Analytics dashboard visualization in Service Operations Workspace triggers a full-page browser refresh. Any unsaved work notes or form edits in progress are lost when the refresh occurs.

PRB / KB: PRB2022028  ·  Customer Target: Brazil – PAe Bundle v9.0.1 (~Sep 2026)  ·  Backport: Australia – PAe Bundle v8.4.1 (~Jul 2026), Zurich – PAe Bundle v7.4.3 (~Aug 2026)

Missing visualization properties cause drilldown failures and spurious Save button activation

Occasional  · Fixed

When a data visualization is missing certain properties, two symptoms appear on the dashboard: drilldown interactions stop working, and the Save button becomes active without any edit having been made. Both behaviors can occur on dashboards containing visualizations created or migrated under prior bundle versions.

PRB / KB: PRB1846141  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 2 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Yokohama Patch 13 (May 2026), Zurich Patch 9 (May 2026)

Dashboard widget layout disrupted when switching between tabs

Rare  ·  Fixed

Dashboard slow to load due to high CPU usage in scorecard data requests

Rare  · Open – Fix in Progress

Certain Platform Analytics dashboards with scorecard-heavy configurations experience significantly slow load times caused by excessive CPU consumption during data retrieval. Under active investigation.

PRB / KB: —  ·  Customer Target: Under investigation  ·  Backport: N/A

Clicking a visualization widget does not open the configuration panel in Dashboard edit mode

Common  ·  Resolved – Pending Release

After updating multiple Platform Analytics store bundle components to their latest versions simultaneously, clicking directly on a visualization widget in Dashboard edit mode no longer opens the configuration panel. The panel fails to respond to the click on the visualization body. Instances that have not applied this combination of store bundle updates are not affected.
Workaround: Click the Configure icon (the small double-arrow button on the widget) instead of clicking on the visualization body. The configuration panel opens correctly through this path.

Dashboard widget configuration is not saved after editing

Common  ·  Fixed

After editing a Platform Analytics dashboard widget and saving, the widget configuration, including data source settings, display options, or custom properties, may not persist. On the next page load, the widget reverts to its previously saved state.

PRB / KB: PRB2000628  ·  Customer Target: Australia Patch 1 (May 2026)  ·  Backport: Yokohama Patch 13 (May 2026), Zurich Patch 8 (Apr 2026)

"Some of the changes you made to the widget are lost" banner appears unexpectedly in edit mode

Common  ·  Fixed

PRB / KB: PRB1948110  ·  Customer Target: Australia – PAe Bundle v8.0.2  ·  Backport: Yokohama, Zurich

Dashboard changes only appear in the language session where edits were made

Common  ·  Fixed
