Course is asking for payment when i am using my partner portal NOW learning

My colleague is trying to enroll in the 

Performance Analytics (PA) Fundamentals On Demand but it s is asking for money when this course should be free for us. Please help us resolve this issue.

You'd need to check with your organization to make sure that your email has been added as a member of their partner portal. After that, it may take 24 hours for that to take effect.

Once it has, you will see the price, but then a strikeout through it reflect 0 cost to you.

This is something we can't help you with on the forums and is something you'd need to discuss with your organization's partner account team member(s) to have you properly added.
